Learn newborn care basics, infant soothing techniques, and get assistance with breastfeeding while also having an extra set of hands in the house to help with meal prep and holding the baby so that you can shower and nap as new parents!
Welcoming a newborn into your home is most taxing over all due to the level of sleep deprivation you will experience. Many parents are able to work around this by taking shifts, but some opt to hire night help. The rested nurturer package allows you to stay ahead of your sleep deficit, while still staying involved in night time parenting and allowing you to be rested enough to learn simple newborn care skills along the way!
Holistic postpartum support and lactation Counseling
Booking in advance of your due date is highly recommended as I usually am contracted with clients 4-6 months out. I typically require a one month contract for services. These contracts are completely customizable to suit your needs.
The goal of postpartum care is to ease the transition into parenthood by offering informational and emotional support during the fourth trimester. As a lactation professional enrolled in a M.S. Clinical Nutrition program, I specialize in supporting the whole family (newborn and parents) in their postpartum journey while optimizing health and recovery through nutrition.
The role of a doula varies day-to-day as the needs of the household change. Postpartum support will always cover newborn care basics (diapering, bathing, reading infant cues, etc), teaching infant soothing techniques, offering lactation support, and being an extra set of hands in the household to prepare meals that nourish the entire family as well as assist with basics such as newborn laundry, organizing the nursery, and general household tidiness.

New parents often are unsure of how much support they will need and when. They are unsure of the differences between doulas, newborn care specialists, and infant nannies. As a postpartum guide for your family, I offer:
Postpartum doulas exist to help parents excel and adapt in new parenthood. Every schedule and level of care is going to vary greatly family to family according to your experience with newborns, the amount of familial or "village" support you have around you, or your own personal ability to thrive with little sleep. Packages below are simply a suggestion and each postpartum contract is completely customizable to suit your family's needs.
